Do yourself a favor. Don't go there. Horrible customer service. They make you feel like a burden, are only interested in charging hidden fees and kick you out right away. I was in a very tranquil group of four and they were still just rude in general. People go there to have fun, not to feel pushed and bullied.

Dreadful rip off!

Went for a 60th birthday party. Paid for food platters which were of poor quality and there was very little content. The jugs of alcohol were watered down so much I don't believe there was any alcohol in them yet they were exorbitantly priced. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Dreadful rip off and would not recommend.

Poor choice of songs, rude service, won't return.

The only good point about this joint was the reasonably priced Happy Hour that was later than most on a Saturday - we paid $6 p/p/ph between 5pm and 8pm. The song range was poor, barely any Australian songs, often the lyrics didn't keep time with the music. The staff were rude.

Poor service and disappointing!

My friends and I planned to visit Dynasty Karaoke for my cousins Hens Day.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were extremely rude and not welcoming whatsoever.

We were taken to the room, with no explanation of how the facilities work Etc. The male staff member didn't say a word, he simply walked off.

Inside the room, there were only 2 microphones. There were 6 of us.

The room smelled of smoke and wasn't the cleanest either.

Half of the songs available, were in Asian languages and the video clips not of the real artists singing.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed and expected much more. A shame as this was supposed to be a really special time for my cousin and was not enjoyable at all.

I won't be recommending this Karaoke place to anyone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This place is the worst karaoke I've been to. Customer service is so bad. The attitude of the staff seems like I've owe her money and her attitude is so rude. I said 'Hi' to her and her answer was, 'wait a second'. Can you at least say "please"? When my friend ask question, she just look at her phone and shook her head, don't even bother to look at him. When I didnt listen clearly and ask her again, she raise her voice to reply me. Is this what you call good customer service? I booked the room for 2 hours, after 1 hour and 50 min, they ask us to get out of the room.

Besides, the room suppose to be "VIP room", I know that every place has a different "VIP room", but this room is so small, feels like just a normal room, with the chairs all worn out and only 2 microphone for 10 people!! Is it because we bought groupon and thats why you are treating us like that? Others karaoke VIP room is so big and nice. The staffs and security guard constantly inspect outside of the room, looking into the room almost every 5 minutes, it is so annoying. This is my first and also going to be the last time visiting this karaoke!!

Super fun with friends!

I had one of the best night out with friends in this place. You have your private room, you can order food and drinks by interphone and you have a huge database of songs to sing. Carefull sometimes the karaoke machine goes asian and change language ahahhaha If you decide to go on the dance floor in the main room, I think it would be a very nice place to feel integrate with the asian community in Sydney. Carefull to check the clock cause the private room it's 6$ por hour por person!

Don't even bother

Worst karaoke place in sydney . So much happened, long story short they had mosquitoes took them 30 minutes to handle it wanted to charge us for the time they wasted , terrible service . So dirty and it smells , don't waste your money , I could of spent 500 dollars on another karaoke bar in sydney .

30th birthday bash

Came here for a friends 30th birthday bash. Had a great time in our room, service was good (our drinks came relatively quickly), with a great selection of songs. Sadly that is where the good points stop. First of all, the door handle to our (paid for) room was a plastic bag. Yup, a plastic bag looped through the door, where the handle should have been. Secondly, and far more importantly, very very rude bouncers. A friend and myself were trying to find a quieter spot to talk. We stepped out to a clear non-busy corridor, only to be rudely told off by a bouncer "you cant stand here, your either in or your out" and made to move to the noisier main area. Also the birthday boy went outside with a mate for a cigarette; the bouncers thought he was drunk and did not let him back in for 40mins! He was not drunk, he's Irish and hence has an accent and its HIS party! Check yourselves.
