James at Wedgeworth Plumbing arrived on time -- actually they called because he was done earlier at his previous job to okay an early arrival. He was informative, efficient and thorough. He replaced my toilet, shower head, tub faucet and my kitchen sink tap unit. He additionally unclogged the taps in my bathroom and kitchen sink as an added bonus restoring my water pressure. He was very courteous and conscientious in his demeanor and work ethic. I feel like my house is much more functional and now enjoy washing dishes (more than not).

I'm anyways grateful for a great customer experience and this one was one of the best I've had. First, they actually answered the phone. Second they made the appointment and called me to confirm when the plumber would be coming. Third, they showed up when they said they would. Best service and pricing in town!!James with Wedgeworth Pluming came out to help us with a main drain clog. I had another company come out the day before and he stated that the clog was in the city line. We contacted the city they said there was no clog in their drains. A friend referred me to Wedgeworth Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. James was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and unclogged the main drain. James is a nice guy who is professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the work on schedule to a high level of satisfaction. Moreover, when the job required less work than what was originally planned, the price was reduced concomitantly with the reduced scope of work without any prompting on my part. Every time I have used Wedgeworth plumbers, I have had a similar experience. They exhibit excellent customer service, and I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

Great experience for the second time! Damondrick and TJ did a great job fixing our issue in our master bathroom sink (that the AC unit condenses into?) It's the second time we have the issue, basically because we should have followed the instructions to put bleach with hot water down the drain monthly. They were nice and provided us some laughter, too. Would highly recommend this company!

When I made an appointment for plumbing service, the receptionist called me to keep me informed about when I should expect service. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional as was his assistant. They completed the work, which was to change a cartridge in my whole house filter. He charged me a fair price. I was very impressed with my experience. Me. D and TJ came to replace my hot water heater and did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. There were a few hiccups along the way, some of my tubing and other components were so old they fell apart and needed to be replaced. Despite the extra time needed he still honored the original quote price. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

I had two other companies come to our home and we were told we had to replace the valve for the faucet, which would involve removing tile. Rex came and was confident and replaced our cartridge and fixed the shower for half the cost of replacing a valve. I highly recommend this company.

Honest, respectful of your home, very reasonable in price. "D" worked for 2 hours on a 20 year old faucet and could not get to work---and didn't charge me. He then went to plumbing store, and replaced with new faucet and charged me a VERY reasonable price. These guys can be trusted!

They pointed out that a pea trap had run dry and just ran the tub to fill it and only charged me a service fee for coming which wasn't much. Thanks for your help guys! Super friendly and helpful. When my my water heater stopped working, and my regular plumber couldn't fit me into his schedule for several days, I turned to Google to look for a plumber with a favorable review history. I noticed that Wedgeworth Plumbing had consistently high reviews, so I gave them a call. I am happy to add my own high-praise review to the list. I appreciate that they worked me into their schedule for same-day service, twice. I appreciate that both service technicians, TJ and Damondrick could not have been nicer, more polite or more respectful of my home and my time. I highly recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing, and although I hope not to need their services again anytime soon, should the need arise, I will absolutely give them a call.

I have been using Wedgeworth Plumbing for 7 years now. Still batting 1000. It was nice to have a simple repair, with a simple solution for a simple price. My other past services were emergencies and they came out in less than an hour on one of them. They have repaired my water heater and it still going 5 years after repair. They have changed out some sort of "plug" in 2 of our showers to stop the heads from dripping and so my point is they are very broad in terms of available skill sets and services. You are safe with this team of professionals.

Before calling Wedgeworth Plumbing, I had two other plumbers tell me that clearing my slow-drain tub would require costly work. Specifically, I was told I would need to install a clean-out access, which would take 2 or 3 days. Wedgeworth sent 2 plumbers, who recommended taking a simpler approach, after explaining the pros and cons. They worked on running a line to clear the blockage and within half an hour had cleared the drain. Their bill matched the estimate I was given before they started the work and was very reasonable. Also, they were very professional, arrived on time, and sent appointment reminders. I will highly recommend them to every family member or friend that needs a plumber!

My husband and I are very happy with James' work. We first met him when he came to check a leak and address low pressure in our shower and faucets. He trouble shooted the problem, and made the repairs quickly. On his second visit, James replaced our old water heater tank.
